Welcome to Artini Bali Groups,

By booking a reservation or using any of our services at Artini Bisma Ubud, Artini 2 Cottages, or the Artropeace Ubud Retreat & Villas, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations & Payment

Booking:
All reservations must be made through our official website, authorized booking partners, or via our official reservation email.

Payment:
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or cash in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Online payments are securely processed through our trusted third-party payment vendor to ensure your transaction is safe and protected.

Currency:
All payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). For international transactions, exchange rates may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2:00 PM) on the day of arrival. Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Check-Out:
Check-out time is at 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure.

• Late check-out up to 18:00 (6:00 PM) will incur an additional charge of 50% of the agreed room rate.
• Late check-out after 18:00 will be charged as a full night.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellation:
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the promotion, rate plan, season, and room type selected at the time of booking. Please refer to the specific terms associated with your reservation for detailed cancellation conditions.

No-Show:
In the event of a no-show, a penalty equal to the full stay will apply. All subsequent nights will be released for resale.

4. Modification of Reservation

Changes:
If you wish to modify your reservation, (e.g., changing dates, room types, or guest details) please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date. All modifications are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments based on the prevailing pricing at the time of change.

5. Bedding & Children Policy

• All room categories can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 5, using the room’s existing bedding and including breakfast.
• An extra bed can be provided for a child or a third person at a rate of IDR 400,000 net per night, inclusive of breakfast. Please note that extra beds are only available for certain room types and are subject to availability.
• A child is defined as a guest aged 0 to 5 years old.

6. Pets Policy

Pets:
We regret that pets are not permitted on the property

7. Liability & Damages

Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property or equipment during their stay. Any damages will be charged to the guest’s account.

Liability:
Artini Bali Groups is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. For your convenience and security, a safety deposit box is provided in each room.

8. Smoking Policy

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and all indoor public areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas.

9. Health & Safety

Wellness Retreats:
Guests participating in wellness or yoga retreats at Artopeace Ubud Retreat & Villas are encouraged to inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions prior to arrival to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Health & Safety:
We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all guests. All guests are required to comply with local health regulations and guidelines throughout their stay.

10. Privacy Policy

Personal Data:
By using our services, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data for reservation purposes. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Cookies:
Our website may use cookies to enhance your user experience. You can disable cookies through your browser settings.

11. Force Majeure

Artini Bali Groups shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government actions.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from your stay at Artini Bali Groups will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the matter will be referred to the local court in Bali.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Artini Bali Groups reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
