Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Artini Bali Groups! By making a reservation or using our services at Artini Bisma Ubud, Artini 2 Cottages, or Artopeace Wellness Center, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations & Payment

• Booking: All bookings should be made through our official website, reservations team, or authorized partners.
• Payment: A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or cash in local currency (IDR).
• Currency: All payments are to be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Exchange rates may vary for foreign transactions.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Check-Out: Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability, with additional charges.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours of the arrival date or no-shows will incur a 1-night charge.
• No-Show: If you do not show up for your reservation, we will charge the full amount of the stay and cancel the remaining booking.

4. Modification of Reservation

• Changes: If you wish to modify your reservation (e.g., changing dates or room types), please contact us at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.

5. Age Requirements & Children

• Adults: All guests must be 18 years of age or older to book a room.
• Children: Children under the age of 12 years stay for free if using existing bedding. Extra beds are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

6. Pets Policy

• Pets: We regret that pets are not allowed on the property. Service animals are allowed with prior notice and necessary documentation.

7. Liability & Damages

• Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property or equipment during their stay. Damages will be charged to the guest’s account.
• Liability: Artini Bali Groups is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

8. Smoking Policy

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and indoor public areas. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only.

9. Wellness & Spa Services (Artopeace)

• Treatment Bookings: For wellness or spa treatments at Artopeace Wellness Center, appointments must be made in advance. All treatments are subject to availability.
• Cancellations: Cancellations for spa treatments must be made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price.

10. Health & Safety

• Wellness Retreats: Guests participating in wellness or yoga retreats at Artopeace are encouraged to inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions prior to arrival.
• Health & Safety: We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment. All guests are required to follow local health regulations and guidelines during their stay.

11. Privacy Policy

• Personal Data: By using our services, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data for reservation purposes. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• Cookies: Our website may use cookies to enhance your user experience. You can disable cookies through your browser settings.

12. Force Majeure

• Artini Bali Groups shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events outside of its control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government actions.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from your stay at Artini Bali Groups will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the matter will be referred to the local court in Bali.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Artini Bali Groups reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
